These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of all services ("Service") provided by Marpo.app ("Platform", "Marpo", "We"). By accessing or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Service Definition

Marpo.app simplifies and presents news from sectors such as digital marketing, SaaS, product management, growth, social media, and technology with artificial intelligence support. Content is taken from reliable global sources, filtered, and made user-friendly.

2. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to use some features of the platform.
• When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all transactions made through your account.

3. Paid Services

• Marpo.app may offer paid "Premium Membership" services in addition to free content.
• Premium membership provides access to special content, personalized news feeds, and notifications.
• Subscription packages, content, and pricing may change over time.
• Subscription cancellation and refund policies are specified separately on the relevant page.

4. Content and Copyright

• The content on Marpo, although rewritten by AI, is based on original sources.
• All content is provided for informational purposes only.
• Operations such as copying, reproducing, and redistributing content are subject to legal permission.
• Marpo is not directly responsible for errors in content, but makes corrections based on feedback.

5. Artificial Intelligence and AI Content

• Marpo uses artificial intelligence models to produce and summarize content.
• Although AI content is approved by editors, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Content is not in the nature of investment, health, or legal advice.

6. Prohibited Uses

• You can only use the platform for legal purposes.
• Spam, attacks, malicious use, content scraping, and bot use are prohibited.
• Comment areas or feedback forms cannot contain inappropriate language.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

• Marpo processes user information within the scope of the Privacy Policy. Marpo Customer Privacy Notice kapsamında işler.
• Personal data is used only for service improvement, analysis, and notification purposes.
• KVKK and GDPR compliance is ensured.

8. Notifications

• Marpo may send content, system updates, or promotions to registered users via email or mobile notifications.
• Notification preferences can be changed from the settings menu.

9. Service Changes

• Marpo reserves the right to change service content, access conditions, or usage limits without prior notice.
• Accounts of users who violate the terms may be suspended or deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Marpo makes no commitment to the accuracy of the content provided.
• The user is solely responsible for actions taken based on the content.
• Marpo cannot be held responsible for damages arising from the platform's temporary or permanent inability to provide service.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• Disputes that may arise between the parties will be resolved by Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices.

12. Terms Updates

• Marpo may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
• Updated terms become effective from the moment they are published.
• Users are obliged to follow the updates.
