The SaaStr Annual + AI Summit 2025 is happening May 13-15 at the San Mateo County Event Center. This guide helps you navigate the event and make the most of your experience.
Venue & Getting There
The 40-acre San Mateo County Event Center offers indoor and outdoor spaces. Enter via Cloud One (2495 S. Delaware Street) or Saratoga Drive. Wear comfortable shoes and layers. Rideshares are recommended, but parking is available via the attendee portal: Attendee Portal. A shuttle runs between the Hampton Inn and the event center.
Registration & Badge Pickup
Pick up your badge with a photo ID. Download the "SaaStr Who Do You Want to Meet" app for a faster check-in using the QR code.
- Monday, May 12: Early registration at the Event Center and Hampton Inn.
- Tuesday, May 13: Hampton Inn (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) and Event Center (1:00 pm onwards).
- Wednesday, May 14 & Thursday, May 15: Event Center (8:00 am onwards).
Campus Layout & Amenities
Main sessions and workshops are in Hangar West and Hangar East. Meet up at SaaStr Square Park or the Beer Garden. Dedicated lounges include the Founders Lounge, VC Lounge, and Speakeasy Lounge. Find the hidden Barcade for a unique experience! Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.
