YouTube Enhances Shorts with Interactive Quiz Sticker
YouTube has launched a new quiz sticker for Shorts, offering creators a fun and interactive way to engage their audience. This customizable sticker allows creators to pose questions related to their content, testing viewers' knowledge and sparking further discussion.

With this one-click sticker, creators can quiz their audience and evaluate if they understand a particular concept. This can inspire future content creation. Whether testing knowledge on a recent video topic, diving into a niche subject, or adding a dose of light-hearted competition, the possibilities are endless.
Creators can track total responses and the percentage of viewers selecting each answer, providing valuable insights into audience understanding and preferences. This feature offers a new way for brands to raise awareness about key product features and build stronger community connections.
YouTube Expands Voice Replies on Android
YouTube is expanding its voice replies feature to Android users, following its initial launch on iOS. This feature allows creators to respond to comments with audio clips, adding a personal touch to interactions.

Creators with the feature enabled will see a sound wave icon when replying to comments. Tapping this icon allows them to record and post a voice reply. While only a select group of Android users currently have access, a wider rollout is expected soon. All YouTube users can listen to these voice replies.
Creators can also reply to comments with short video clips. While not a groundbreaking update, voice replies offer a more personal and engaging way to connect with the audience.
To use voice replies (if you're in the test group):
- Open the YouTube app and navigate to one of your videos.
- Find a comment you want to respond to and tap "Reply".
- Tap the sound wave icon.
- Record your voice reply and post it as a comment.
YouTube is also granting all creators access to its Shorts visual guide tools. These tools help creators optimize the placement of on-screen elements, ensuring key information isn't obscured by UI buttons. These updates, particularly the quiz sticker, provide valuable new options for creators to enhance their content and connect with their audience.
