Threads, Meta's text-based social platform, is rolling out a significant update that simplifies the process of re-sharing liked and saved posts. Users will now find a dedicated listing of their favorite content directly within the composer, making it instantly accessible for re-sharing and quoting.

The new functionality allows users to tap a distinct quote icon located at the bottom of the composer. This action reveals a comprehensive list of all posts previously liked or saved, offering a convenient way to revisit and share content that resonated with them.

According to an official announcement from Threads, the process is straightforward:

“In the composer, tap the quotation mark icon and you’ll see lists of the posts you’ve saved and liked. Choose the one that inspires you, add your take and quote it. This feature is available on iOS and rolling out on Android in the coming weeks.”

The update is currently live for iOS users and will be progressively rolled out to Android devices in the coming weeks.
