Snapchat has released new tools in Lens Studio for AR creators and developers to build interactive Bitmoji games. The company also launched a Bitmoji Suite and new game assets.
Enhanced Game Development with Lens Studio 5.10
Lens Studio 5.10 offers new game assets for building dynamic game Lenses. A new turn-based system enables back-and-forth gameplay, allowing users to snap and respond to challenges within the game.
A customizable Character Controller supports diverse gameplay styles, including third-person, first-person, side-scroller, and top-down perspectives. The updated leaderboard features new templates for start and end screens, a combined view of friend and global scores, and new friend-related metrics.
Personalize and Animate with the Bitmoji Suite
The Bitmoji Suite provides tools for personalizing and animating Bitmoji. Users can design custom outfits, generate stylized props, and animate them using Snap's library.
